THE CREATOR: NICK FEOLA
I'm an artist at heart and I've worked in Property Management so long that I can't remember anything else. I have a Bachelor's in Cartooning, a Master's in Accounting, and a P.H.D. in comedy. At work I am the guy behind the scenes. Among my duties are: payroll, accounts payable, tenant relations, marketing, IT, asset management, and above all, employee retention.
I've created this strip as a way to purge and release all of the stories and fun times over the years. I've worked with and had the privilege of being a part of the best property management team in the industry. Many people would probably say that I'm fun to work with. I can't make the day go by faster, but I can make it more enjoyable.
